1 Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Strict Policy on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfume that has been opened, used, or tested. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. This policy protects all our customers and ensures every product sold is 100% new and authentic.

Tip: Please carefully review your order before opening. Check that the fragrance name, brand, and size match what you ordered. If you receive the wrong item, do not open it — contact us immediately for an exchange.

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

4 Damaged or Defective Items

- The shipping box (for carrier claims)

Full Refund: 100% refund including all shipping costs
Free Replacement: We ship a new one immediately with expedited shipping
Store Credit: Full credit + 10% bonus for the inconvenience

Photo Evidence Required

Photos are mandatory for all damage claims. Without clear photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim or file insurance with the shipping carrier.

5 Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered:

Do NOT open the product — keep all seals and packaging intact
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the wrong item
We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
Once we receive the wrong item, we'll ship the correct product immediately
Replacement shipping is expedited at no extra charge

I opened the box but haven't sprayed the perfume. Can I return it?

No. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure every customer receives a brand new, untouched product.

I ordered the wrong fragrance by mistake. What can I do?

If you haven't opened the product, you can exchange it for the correct fragrance within 15 days. You'll need to pay return shipping, but we'll ship the correct item to you for free. Contact us immediately with your order number.

What if my package arrived with a broken bottle?
