Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of delivery. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

1 Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

Strict Policy on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfume that has been opened, used, or tested. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. This policy protects all our customers and ensures every product sold is 100% new and authentic.

Tip: Please carefully review your order before opening. Check that the fragrance name, brand, and size match what you ordered. If you receive the wrong item, do not open it — contact us immediately for an exchange.

2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Gift Cards & E-Gift Certificates — Digital and physical gift cards
  • Clearance & Final Sale Items — Products marked "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
  • Opened or Used Perfumes — Any product with broken seals or cellophane
  • Tester Bottles — Tester products are final sale (unless damaged in transit)
  • Personalized Items — Engraved or customized products
  • Beyond 15 Days — Any return request after 15 days of delivery
Clearance Items

Clearance and final sale items are clearly marked on the product page, in your cart, and at checkout. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. These items are heavily discounted and cannot be returned.

4 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Here's what to do:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The damaged packaging/box
    • The shipping box (for carrier claims)

Resolution Options

  • Full Refund: 100% refund including all shipping costs
  • Free Replacement: We ship a new one immediately with expedited shipping
  • Store Credit: Full credit + 10% bonus for the inconvenience
Photo Evidence Required

Photos are mandatory for all damage claims. Without clear photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim or file insurance with the shipping carrier.

5 Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered:

  • Do NOT open the product — keep all seals and packaging intact
  • Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the wrong item
  • We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Once we receive the wrong item, we'll ship the correct product immediately
  • Replacement shipping is expedited at no extra charge
Important: If you open the wrong item, it becomes ineligible for exchange. Always check your order against the packing slip before opening any perfume boxes.

6 Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, our team inspects it within 1–3 business days to verify that seals and packaging are intact.
