6 Delivery Restrictions & Important Information
6.1 Shipping Within Canada Only
We exclusively ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This allows us to:

- Provide faster delivery times (as quick as 1 business day)
- Avoid international customs delays, duties, and brokerage fees
- Maintain competitive pricing for Canadian customers
- Ensure compliance with Canadian shipping regulations for fragrances
6.2 Address Requirements
- We ship to residential and commercial addresses across Canada
- PO boxes accepted via Canada Post
- Military addresses (CFPOs) supported
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate including apartment/unit numbers and buzzer codes
6.3 Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
- If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs
6.4 Package Protection
All packages are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage with photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure a secure delivery location. Consider using a workplace address or requesting "Signature Required" delivery if you're concerned about package theft.
