Strict Policy on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfume that has been opened, used, or tested. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. Photo Evidence Required

Photos are mandatory for all damage claims. Without clear photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim or file insurance with the shipping carrier.

5 Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the wrong item
We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
