2 Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all Products sold through our Website are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and brand manufacturers. If you receive a product you believe to be counterfeit:

• Provide photographic evidence of the product and packaging
• We will arrange return shipping at our expense
• Upon verification, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs

4.3 Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

4.4 Tester Products

Tester perfumes contain the identical fragrance as retail versions but come in simplified packaging. Testers may lack decorative caps or retail boxes. This is clearly indicated on product pages. Testers are final sale unless defective.

5 Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices listed on our Website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include:

• Applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST) based on your shipping province
• Shipping charges (unless free shipping threshold is met)

Taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is processed.

6 Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping Policy

• Free standard shipping on orders over CA$169 (before tax)
• Flat rate CA$12.99 for orders under CA$169
• Shipping within Canada only (all 10 provinces and 3 territories)
• Processing time: 24–48 business hours
• Delivery timeframes: 1–10 business days depending on location

6.2 Risk of Loss

All Products purchased from our Website are shipped under a shipping contract. The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control
• Packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery by the carrier
• Packages stolen after delivery (please ensure a secure delivery location)

6.3 International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are only fulfilled for addresses within Canada. Any international orders will be canceled and refunded.

7 Returns & Refunds

• 30-day return window from date of delivery
• Products must be in original packaging with cellophane intact
• Fragrance must be at least 90% full
• Return shipping: Free for defective items; customer-paid for preference returns
