I opened the box but haven't sprayed the perfume. Can I return it?

No. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure every customer receives a brand new, untouched product.

I ordered the wrong fragrance by mistake. What can I do?

If you haven't opened the product, you can exchange it for the correct fragrance within 15 days. You'll need to pay return shipping, but we'll ship the correct item to you for free. Contact us immediately with your order number.
