Strict Policy on Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfume that has been opened, used, or tested. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. This policy protects all our customers and ensures every product sold is 100% new and authentic.

4 Damaged or Defective Items

Photo Evidence Required

Photos are mandatory for all damage claims. Without clear photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim or file insurance with the shipping carrier.

5 Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered:

Do NOT open the product — keep all seals and packaging intact
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the wrong item
We'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
Once we receive the wrong item, we'll ship the correct product immediately
Replacement shipping is expedited at no extra charge

Only if the product is completely unopened and sealed. Once a perfume has been opened and tested, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene regulations and our authenticity guarantee. We recommend researching fragrances before purchasing or visiting our Scarborough store to test scents in person.

I opened the box but haven't sprayed the perfume. Can I return it?

No. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged. This is to ensure every customer receives a brand new, untouched product.

I ordered the wrong fragrance by mistake. What can I do?

If you haven't opened the product, you can exchange it for the correct fragrance within 15 days. You'll need to pay return shipping, but we'll ship the correct item to you for free. Contact us immediately with your order number.

What if my package arrived with a broken bottle?

Take clear photos of the damaged bottle, box, and shipping packaging immediately. Contact us within 48 hours at info@myperfumesoutlet.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
