6 Delivery Restrictions & Important Information

We exclusively ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. This allows us to:

6.2 Address Requirements

We ship to residential and commercial addresses across Canada
PO boxes accepted via Canada Post
Military addresses (CFPOs) supported
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate including apartment/unit numbers and buzzer codes

6.3 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal:

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery
If we cannot reach you within 14 days, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs

6.4 Package Protection

Lost or Stolen Packages

Yes! Express shipping is available for CA$24.99 and delivers within 1–3 business days to most major Canadian cities. Select the express option at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

What happens if my package is delayed?

While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. If your package is more than 3 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate immediately. We can open a trace with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.

Do you ship to remote and northern communities?

Absolutely! We ship to all Canadian addresses including remote communities in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Delivery to remote areas typically takes 5–10 business days for standard shipping.
