Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 15 days of delivery. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any perfume that has been opened, used, or tested. Once the cellophane seal is broken or the box is opened, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return. This policy protects all our customers and ensures every product sold is 100% new and authentic.

Photos are mandatory for all damage claims. Without clear photographic evidence, we cannot process your claim or file insurance with the shipping carrier.

Yes! If we shipped the wrong item, do not open it. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We'll provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct fragrance immediately with expedited shipping at no cost to you.
