3) Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders)

  • Unopened merchandise: Returnable within 15 days of the order date.
  • Opened or defective items: Not eligible for return.
  • Exchanges: Allowed for unopened items. Customers cover shipping for the return and the replacement item.

Please retain the original packaging and your order confirmation for a smooth return or exchange.

4) How to Start a Return / Exchange

  1. Email info@myperfumesoutlet.com with your order reference number and whether you’re requesting a return or an exchange.
  2. Wait for our reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the unopened item securely. You’re responsible for return shipping on exchanges.
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process the refund (original payment method) or dispatch your exchange.

Refunds appear based on your bank/card timelines after we approve the return.
